For urgent cases (accidents, loss / theft of documents, etc - no visa) after opening hours or during the weekend, the Belgian citizens can contact the Embassy of Belgium in Astana via our emergency number +7 701 203 29 42 (also on Whatsapp).
Please note that many places in the Kyrgyz Republic or Tajikistan are not easily reachable by Internet or phone, so that the absence of reaction by Belgian travellers is not considered as a sign of distress.
